Posts aren't being tracked.
Most likely: scrolling too fast. A post needs 2.5 continuous seconds in the viewport, and any scroll movement resets the timer. Pause deliberately on a post for a full 3 seconds and watch the badge. If DevTools is docked to the bottom of the screen, it shrinks the viewport and can prevent tracking, so undock it into its own window.
How do I see my data before Sunday?
The popup shows live running totals the moment you open it: topic breakdown, mood, all of it. The Sunday digest adds trend comparisons against previous weeks. You can also change the digest day and time under Settings → Digest schedule.
A topic keeps getting classified wrong.
Open the popup → Settings → Fix misclassifications. A chip list shows the frequent words LumoScroll couldn't place, so you can correct one in a tap, no typing from memory required. Fixes are stored locally and applied going forward.
My Pro key isn't activating.
Keys follow the format LS-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX and the input auto-formats as you type. If it still fails once you've entered the full key, use the form above with your order confirmation number and it'll get sorted quickly.
How do I delete all my data?
Uninstall the extension. Every record lives in chrome.storage.local on your device, so removing the extension removes all of it. There's no server to contact. Full details on the Privacy page.
The extension stopped working after a platform update.
Twitter/X and Reddit occasionally change their DOM structure, and a fix typically ships within 48 hours. Check the Chrome Web Store page ↗ for the current version. If the issue seems unrelated to a recent platform change, send a message using the form above.
